They're still cute when they sleep...

One of the sweetest things about little babies is watching them sleep. Maybe it is partly because they aren't crying when they sleep, but they are especially adorable when they're all cuddly and peaceful. As they get older I've still really enjoyed watching them sleep. Here are a few pictures from the other night of them sleeping. Luke has moved into a big boy bed and Jack wanted to sleep down there with him. I was surprised how well it went and they're doing it again tonight. Leah looks like she's having an upsetting dream!

My posts have been a little lacking lately. I'm trying to commit to getting school going with a good schedule and regular patterns so I've been spending a lot of time on re-working schedules and grinding through with the kids to get used to this school thing again. We've been out of it really since April when we found out we were moving and had to take care of all the things that were involved with it. Praise God that things are really going well overall with the school work and the other things we've been doing.

We've had some fun distractions since school started, too! We were able to go with Derek up to Santa Clarita for a night and a couple of days. (That's where we used to live for those who don't know.) We hung out with Kenny and Kathy a little and also saw the Rolley's for a park marathon :) and lunch. It was nice to be in familiar places with familiar faces. Kenny and Kathy came back down with us that night to pick up some baby furniture that was in our garage and stay the night, then it was back to school work. On Friday we went to the PRCA Rodeo that was in town. The kids had a blast. Stier wrestling, stier roping, bronco riding, and other events were all hits with all the kids. We really like Norco for that kind of thing. Tomorrow, to celebrate the start of school, we're heading down to Disneyland. Derek took the day off and we're going to see how long we last. We decided to do annual passes since they're a pretty good deal for Southern California residents... I think we'll have a lot of fun there this year.

I have to prepare for tomorrow and do some laundry and paperwork so I'd better get off this computer. Good night!
