Leah in the Last 3 Years

I only have pictures on here back to '06, but I thought it was fun to see the changes in Leah over the last three years!

Valley Fair & Parade

The annual Valley Fair & Parade was a hit this year (for us). We watched some great full-metal heavy REAL jousting action a few nights. It is amazing to see a man get knocked off of his horse wearing 150 pounds of armor. Wow. There were animals, exhibits, Anthony the Magic, games and rides... all the fun of a county fair, but way less busy and just down the hill from our house.

It all ended with the Labor Day parade. Here are a few highlights:

Derek had a loooong work day on Leah's birthday, so we celebrated a little the day before. She is such a joy and treasure, we had a lot of fun!

The 3 Year Old & His First Haircut

I decided this would be a memorable day to cut off those curls. He has never had a haircut because, up until recently, he had cute curls that I couldn't part with. Now his hair is getting longer everywhere and has lost the surfer dude look and moved onto the rats nest phase. Time for his first haircut... at 3!
